Schedule a Consultation to Select Your Screen Type and Get an Estimate

We’ll come out to look at your current enclosure and help you select the right screen type for your lifestyle. We’ll take all the measurements, add in any replacement hardware or cage repairs your cage needs, and give you an estimate.

Step 2

Remove Any Furniture Before the Scheduled Project Day

Once you’ve approved the estimate and we’ve scheduled your project, your outdoor furniture will need to be moved so our team can work quickly and efficiently without damaging anything (especially if we are power washing the cage.) Just take out the furniture and we’ll show up to do the work.

Step 3

Watch As We Make Your Screen Enclosure a Beautiful and Functional Space Again

Our team of specialists will show up on time and ready to replace your screens. We’ll pressure wash and clean the cage, remove any old screens, repair any damages to the cage that you’ve pointed out during the estimate, and install the new screens you selected. All you have to do is sit back and relax as your enclosure is transformed to a wonderful place to spend your time!

Caring for Your Enclosure

  • Don’t rest anything on the screens themselves as that will cause them to sag and tear or otherwise damage your screens
  • If your enclosure has a roof, make sure leaves and branches are removed regularly to prevent them from damaging your screens (Leaves and branches when wet cause additional damage to the screens)
  • Rinse your screens regularly to prevent dirt buildup which can corrode or damage your screens over time

CH Screen warrants that the improvements constructed are reasonably free of defects. CH Screen warrants and guarantees that the work reasonably conforms to the requirements of the contract documents and specifications.

Cage Painting

Having an effective cage is important. But it’s also important that your screen enclosure looks good too. We will paint your cage with a color paint we select with you to ensure it matches your house and makes your whole house look beautiful.

Hardware Replacement

Any missing hardware such as bolts, hurricane anchors, bug sweeps, screen doors, or kick plates will need to be replaced to ensure your enclosure is functioning at its best.

Full Restoration

If your cage is in need of upgrades, broken or in need of repair we will fix it. If your cage is too damaged, we will perform a full restoration to ensure your enclosure is built to last which includes repair, hardware replacement, painting and rescreening. Once your cage is restored to proper condition, you’ll be ready to enjoy your new space.
